Paper Format:
The papers must be in PDF format, US letter sized,
with a maximum length of 6 pages (including all figures and references).
Font size should be 10pt or larger and all fonts must be embedded in the
PDF file. The papers should follow the format of the
IEEE Transaction style.

Submissions that do not adhere to these requirements will be rejected
without further review. Peer review is "single-blind":
the authors' names and affiliations are to be included on the submission.
Paper Submission:
Papers must be submitted via EDAS following these instructions:
1. Go to the
paper submission page on EDAS. You'll have to create an account if you don't already have one.
2. Register the paper (requires paper title and abstract)
3. Once the paper is registered, you can add authors and
upload manuscript in PDF format.
The authors of accepted papers must guarantee that their paper will be presented at the conference. At least one author of each accepted paper must be registered for the conference in order for that paper to appear in the proceedings and to be scheduled for presentation.
