Important Dates

Final Paper Submission:	January 20th, 2006
Workshop:	February 2nd and 3rd, 2006

PLEASE NOTE: NO LATE PAPERS WILL BE ACCEPTED.

Paper Preparation

The camera-ready paper must be in the PDF format and in the A4 size. Its length shouldn't exceed 8 pages.
In the PDF file, ALL fonts must be embedded and subset.

IMPORTANT:

Authors must check their final pdf files before submission to verify that all fonts have been properly embedded and subset.
Some font manufacturers now flag their fonts to not embed. These fonts must be avoided.

FILE NAME:

<full_lastName_firstNameInitial.pdf>

INSTRUCTIONS:

To format your paper for the proceedings, please follow the IEEE Transaction Latex and Word style files located at HERE.
An example can be also found here.

Please email your paper electronically to pfldnet2006-la@hpcc.jp as attachment with PFLDNet2006 paper id in the subject line.

Download the copyright release form here as a .doc file, here as a .pdf file.
This copyright release form MUST BE COMPLETED, SIGNED AND RETURNED to Dr. Katsushi Kobayashi.
